It can be very hard finding a venue that checks off all your boxes, so we’ve made it easy for you. What We Provide
At our venue, our greatest strength is our 6,500 square foot pavilion surrounded by tall oaks and pines. This naturalistic setting and the neutral, modern tones of the pavilion make a perfect setting for any event. Our venue was built to accommodate over 250 people, with plenty of room both inside the Pavilion and in the surrounding gardens for appropriate social distancing. We offer spacious restrooms, getting ready suites, and a caterer’s kitchen inside the Pavilion.

Don’t worry about renting tables and chairs. We’ve got you covered. When you book your event here, you’re welcome to use our custom-made farmhouse style tables and chairs as well as other furniture we have available, such as cocktail tables, patio heaters, and antique pieces. We also offer a variety of decor, complete with various fireplace settings for ultimate comfort and serenity.
If you’re worried about parking, don’t be. There’s plenty of room for parking close to the pavilion and we even have handicapped parking available. We can also provide valet service and cart transportation to and from the parking lot for any event. For more information about our amenities, visit our website.

Baby Showers
Baby showers are great events to hold at The Butterfly Pavilion. There’s room for fun games, photo booths, snack tables, and of course, a present opening station!

Friendsgivings
We’ve hosted two sorority friendsgivings here, and they’re always so fun! There’s room for all the family and friends, as well as a buffet table if that’s how you choose to serve your food.

The Butterfly Pavilion can hold Christmas parties, Thanksgiving parties, ceremonies, and plenty of other corporate occasions! You’ll impress your staff when choosing this venue.

Weddings & Receptions
We’re known for holding spectacular weddings and receptions at The Butterfly Pavilion. We offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options, cocktail hour locations, bridal and grooms’ suites, and complete customization of lighting, decor, entertainment, and more!

Dance Recitals
Lights, camera, dance! We’ve even brought in a stage for a dance recital at The Butterfly Pavilion last year! There was more than enough room for the stage and the audience to fit comfortably under the pavilion.
Bid Days
We’ve held a number of sorority events, including the all-important bid day! Set up the photo booths, bring the huge sorority letters, set up lights, and create a theme. This is the perfect place for sorority events.
Birthday Parties
