All event packages include:
- Use of beautiful 6,500 square foot Pavilion nestled among tall oaks and pines
- Seating for 250+ people
- Use of elegant and spacious getting-ready suites
- Use of entire Pavilion and surrounding areas on the day of your event, from 10AM on
- Use of full caterer's kitchen
- Complete Sound System
- Use of all indoor and outdoor spaces at the Venue
- Stunning double sided fire place
- Use of beautiful farmhouse style tables and chairs
- Patio seating
- Use of grounds including Starlight Dance Floor and Kissing Cove
- On-site parking with attendant and shuttle transportation
- Handicapped parking and restroom access
The Butterfly Pavilion wants everyone to have a fun and safe time! For those who serve alcohol at their event, there will be an additional charge of $200.00 for a security officer, for up to 150 guests. If your party will have more than 150 guests, the charge will be $350.00.
