What is the maximum number of people The Butterfly Pavilion can accommodate?
Our venue will hold 250+ of your guests inside. For much larger parties, please request a custom quote.
Can I tour The Butterfly Pavilion?
Yes! We offer tours during the week by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a tour.
How many tables and chairs are available to use?
We have dining seating for 250 guests. Additional seating may be available upon request.
Are you open to working with vendors not on your preferred list?
Yes! We welcome working with different vendors. We will require that they present documentation before they perform their services at our venue. All vendors are required to carry appropriate liability insurance.
How many other events will take place the day of our event?
We believe in only hosting one event per day so we can give you our complete attention.
Do you provide linens, decor, or any tableware?
We have tons of decor options available that we would love to show you during your tour!
Am I required to have a Day-of-Coordinator?
While we do have a pre-wedding coordinator to assist you with your vision for the venue, you are required to have a day-of-coordinator for your event.
How does clean-up work at the venue?
The Butterfly Pavilion staff will monitor the trash throughout the event to ensure a pleasurable and stress-free time with us. However, you are required to have professionals, either through the caterer or a staffing company, perform busing of the tables at the end of the evening. Each vendor is responsible for the collection and removal of all garbage, debris, food and service items from the property, and it is the client’s responsibility to make sure all trash is removed from the property by the end of the rental period.
Do you have onsite parking and do our guests have to pay to park?
We have convenient on-site parking with no payment required.
Are pets allowed at The Butterfly Pavilion?
In most cases, yes. We love our four-legged friends, but we always need them to remain on a leash and it is the responsibility of the client to clean up after the pet. All pets must be attended at all times and cannot be left alone, even in a crate. We strongly encourage hiring a pet service to watch after and care for your pet. If a staff member finds any leftover remnants the next day, a disposal fee of $250.00 will be charged to the card on file.
Do you include a sound system and microphones?
We do not, however we’ve got tons of space for a live band, DJ, or other entertainment of your choosing.
Does The Butterfly Pavilion have overnight accommodations?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We are happy to suggest our preferred hotels and places of lodging for your guests! Please inquire further for our recommendations.
Are our guests allowed to smoke or use e-cigarettes?
Yes, we have one designated areas outside for your guests; however, we are a non-smoking facility inside, including e-cigarettes. Please make sure all guests are made aware of our designated area in the back of the venue. We will provide two sand buckets for your guests to extinguish their cigarettes. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure their guests are adhering to The Butterfly Pavilion’s smoking policy.
